Skillet is a Christian rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee in the mid-90s. They span the musical genres from grunge to electro-industrial, nu metal to alternative rock.

Comatose was released October 3 2006, and is their seventh full-length album. It had sold about 200,000 copies as of July 2007.
