All Time Low is an American Pop punk band formed in 2003 that hails from Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland. Alternative Press magazine's annual survey has also branded this band as one of the "Bands You Need to Know in '07". The band's style in live performances were influenced by groups such as Green Day and Blink-182 which are known for their "energetic and rough" style. The band is named from a line of the song "Head on Collision" by New Found Glory.

Put Up or Shut Up is the third album they released via Hopeless Records on July 25, 2006. The album's first week sold 3,416 units and as of as of July 2007, album sales have crossed the 45,000 mark.

My favorite track in this album is the song "Jasey Rae" and its acoustic version which is also included in "Punk Goes Acoustic 2" compilation.
